Government wins appeal against Bell Hotel closure for asylum seekers | Sky News coverage
Three senior judges will decide whether to overturn an injunction preventing a hotel in Epping, Essex, from housing asylum seekers at 2pm.
The Home Office has attempted to challenge the decision, made at the High Court earlier this month, that The Bell Hotel in Epping cannot house migrants as this breaches its planning permission.
The judge in the case gave the government just weeks to find an alternative location to house those currently living at the Essex hotel.

It also means the government could face a real problem finding places to accommodate asylum seekers if the injunction is allowed to stand.
