Once we wild harvest some western red cedar (Thuja plicata) branches, I'll take you home and show you how to make a hydrosol right in your kitchen!

Hydrosols are plant water distillations that contain plant constituents and therefore the health benefits of the plant. They also contain traces of the essential oil of the plant. They are often a good alternative to essential oils as they are more gentle to our systems.
