Greetings Naturals!! I wanted to show you how you can make a very simple all natural hair grease! I know a lot of naturals stopped using hair grease because they were told that it was “bad” because it contains things like lanolin, petroleum, and mineral oil, but you do not have to put those ingredients in your hair grease if you don’t want them in there. Just simply take your favorite oil, or oil mixture and add the desired amount of beeswax to make it into an easy to apply hair grease.

Herbalist shows you how to make your own blood purifier using beets and wine.
Blood Purifier - Instructions
- add beets (2 peeled or one big one and pre chop for the blender)
- add 1.5 cups of red wine then blend for about 10 minutes
- when done stop blender and pour through a cloth filter (use anything i.e. handkerchief, pillow case, thin sheet, etc.) ring well and add to a glass container
Use 1 oz. as needed. Or, if trying to purify blood use this in conjunction with teas or juices that will assist in this. Use extra Vitamin C when using this remedy due to the oxalates that some of you may be more sensitive to and give gout or a painful joint feeling.

Ingredients:
1 clove garlic
20g MSM Powder
1.5 cups alcohol or Rice wine or Vinegar
Method
Mix all ingredients in a blender for 5 minutes. You can sieve the mixture for longer shelf life or store it directly in a jar for short term use (usually 2 months).
Start with a teaspoon and build it up to not more than a tablespoon 3 times a day until symptoms are gone.
This is a very potent tincture so take it slow and don't do more harm than good to yourself!!
When you first use it you will feel your chest open up instantly (so good for respiratory issues) then warmth in your lower body (stomach and reproductive areas esp. for women) all the way down to your feet!
Very useful for any antibiotic, antiviral, antibacterial and anti fungal issues.
