8TH Pay Commission Big Update : आठवें वेतन आयोग ने कर्मचारी संगठनों और यूनियनों को राहत देते हुए अपने सुझाव और मेमोरेंडम भेजने की आखिरी तारीख को बढ़ाकर 15 जून 2026 कर दिया है. कर्मचारी संघों ने 3.68 से 3.83 के फिटमेंट फैक्टर (Fitment Factor) की मांग की है. यदि सरकार इस मांग को मान लेती है, तो न्यूनतम बेसिक सैलरी ₹18,000 से बढ़कर सीधे ₹69,000 तक पहुँच सकती है, जिससे कुल ग्रॉस सैलरी दोगुनी से भी ज्यादा हो जाएगी.

8TH Pay Commission Big Update: Giving relief to employee organizations and unions, the Eighth Pay Commission has extended the last date for sending its suggestions and memorandum to 15 June 2026. Employee unions have demanded a fitment factor of 3.68 to 3.83. If the government accepts this demand, then the minimum basic salary can directly increase from ₹ 18,000 to ₹ 69,000, which will more than double the total gross salary.
