Ace Ventura Jr., the quirky son of the legendary pet detective Ace Ventura, has spent his life idolizing his missing father while his cautious mother, Melissa, tries to steer him toward a normal childhood. When a series of mysterious pet thefts hits his school—including a rare emerald koi owned by his crush, Laura—Ace Jr., armed with his father’s eccentric methods and the help of science whiz A-Plus, dives into the case. But when Ting Tang, a baby panda at the Miami Zoo, is stolen and Melissa is wrongfully accused, Ace Jr.’s grandfather, Rex Ventura, steps in to train him in the family’s unorthodox detective craft. Now, balancing school life, first crushes, and the pressure to live up to his father’s legend, Ace Jr. must solve the case, clear his mother’s name, and prove that he has what it takes to carry on the Ventura legacy.
