The question of whether to drill more in the North Sea is back at the centre of the political debate with decisions on Rosebank and Jackdaw oil and gas fields looming.

New PM Andy Burnham has signalled he will take a "pragmatic" approach to the North Sea fossil fuels but is there enough oil or gas left to make any difference to our energy security and what does it mean for our commitments to Net Zero.
