Canned Heat-How to Make Sterno Gel Fuel

This video describes how to make the flammable gel found inside a can of Sterno. These canisters of heat are designed with a colloidal gel composed of a saturated solution of calcium acetate and ethanol. This unique fire gel has the ability to be a source of heat for hours on end which become useful in heating or cooking food (such as roasting a marshmallow).
