Is this a Ghost? Strange and Unexplained Activity caught on camera! Haunted Duke University Inn.

This very strange occurrence happened around 2:30 in the morning at The Washington Duke Inn and Golf Club at Duke University. I had just laid down and closed my eyes after the Light Painting workshop when I noticed a light was flashing on and off. I opened my eyes and watched the Light in the corner of the room flickering in a very strange way. I have no idea why or even how this light could have done what it did but I am glad that I caught it on camera to share with everyone.

I am very curious to hear your thoughts on if you think this is some sort of paranormal activity, a ghost, a haunted hotel or just some random electrical problem. My logical mind definitely wants to lean toward an electrical issue but if it was a power surge why did it only happen with this light? If it was a loose connection, why didn't the light turn on when I banged on the shade or tapped on the light Bulb? And WHY did it ONLY do this at 2:30 in the morning and never before or never again?

For those of you that don't know my mom passed away a few months ago. I want to believe that this was my mom saying hi and telling me I did a good job with the workshop! My mom would say she was gonna come back and visit with me after she passed on. Either way it was an interesting experience and I didn't have any fear I kind of enjoyed it.
