Manchester synagogue attack: Video shows 'suspect' shot by police

A man has been shot by police after a stabbing at a synagogue in Manchester on the Jewish holy day of Yom Kippur.

Video of the scene appears to show the suspect on the ground. He is believed to be dead according to the Mayor of Greater Manchester Andy Burnham.
