‘Overstayed His Visa Then RAPED Her!’ | Illegal Migrant Jailed For 21 Years

An Algerian national who overstayed a tourist visa has been jailed for 21 years after raping a vulnerable woman in London.

Salem Rekoub attacked the woman after she got off a bus feeling unwell, before following the ambulance that took her to hospital and trying to find her there.

The case has reignited anger over how foreign nationals who have no legal right to remain in Britain are able to stay in the country and go on to commit serious crimes.
