The changing shape of British high streets

A new report suggests as many as half of convenience stores and vape retailers in hotspots such as Birmingham, Liverpool and London are involved in criminal activity.

The report's publisher Trading Standards also estimates one in three American-style candy stores are operating as fronts for organised crime.
