Russia is at war with Europe, according to Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski, having gone well beyond hybrid war and sabotage. Following this, French President Emmanuel Macron convened European leaders for an emergency meeting in Paris on Friday to discuss ever growing security concerns in Europe.

- RUSSIAN AIR ATTACK PUTS POLAND ON ALERT
Russia launched another overnight air attack on Ukraine, injuring five people, including three children. NATO and Poland scrambled fighter jets and placed air defenses on alert to protect the Polish airspace.

- FICO READY TO BREAK NATO'S ARTICLE 5 OBLIGATION?
Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico was originally expected to attend the Carpathian Eight summit in Ukraine today but cancelled his attendance last minute. He’s drawn attention by reportedly saying he is prepared to break a fundamental NATO agreement by not fulfilling Bratislava's obligations under the organization's Article 5.
