UK's Starmer Scolds Trump Greenland Tariff Threats

UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer said Donald Trump’s threats of new tariffs on European nations would damage the British economy.

Starmer argued that “a trade war is in no one’s interests” and that tariffs “hurt British workers, British businesses and the British economy.”

The UK is co-ordinating closely with its European allies over their response to Trump's threats, and Starmer expects to speak again with Trump in the coming days.
