Ukrainian refugee killed in random stabbing on NC train | Morning in America

Iryna Zarutska, a 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee, was riding a Charlotte, North Carolina, train on her way home from work when a man, identified as Decarlos Brown Jr., allegedly stabbed her in the neck, police say. Surveillance footage shows the man, who police say is homeless and has a criminal record, fidgeting with the knife in his seat one row behind for a few minutes.
