INGREDIENTS:
Chicken 1kg
Yogurt 2tbsp
Garlic paste 2tbsp
Olive Oil 3 tbsp
(you can use cooking oil instead)
Salt to taste
Sumak 1 tbsp
Cumin powder. 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Shawarma masala 2tsp
(If Shawarma masala isn't available, you can use tikka masala or tandoori masala instead)
Turmeric 1 tsp
Paprika 2 tsp
Lemon juice. 2 tbsp

For Pita Bread :
Flour 415g
ActiveDry Yeast 7g
(or you can use 25g fresh yeast instead)
salt 1 tsp
sugar 1 tsp
Olive oil. 2 tsp
(you can use cooking oil instead)
Warm Water 315ml

For Sauces:
Tzatziki:
Greek yogurt or hung curd 1 cup
Tahini Sauce (optional) 1 tbsp
Finely Chopped Cucumber 1/2 cup
Crushed Garlic one clove
Chopped mint leaves 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Crushed black Pepper 1/4 tsp
Lemon Juice 1/4 tsp

Spicy Mayo:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Sriracha or hot Sauce /chili Sauce 2 tbsp

Hello...welcome to Tiffin Box. Today's recipe is easy and quick homemade gummy candy / gummy bear without Gelatine. Today I'm using Agar-agar powder instead of gelatin which is vegan, but you can also use gelatin for sure.
Fresh fruit juice/ store-bought juice can be used for this recipe. Here I used store-bought orange juice for yellow gummy, Grape juice for red gummy, 7-up for white gummy, and Lemon water with food color for Green Gummy.
You can adjust sugar according to your taste and sweetness of the juice that you used..!

Ingredients :
Any type of fruit juice/lemonade/water - 1/2 cup
Agar agar powder - 1 tblsp
Sugar - 2 to 5 tblsp
food color can be added......

Cadbury Nutties Chocolate at Home

I have made these Nutties in @StahlKitchens Artisan Hybrid FryPan and they Came out so Perfect & Taste Better Than Market One😋
So Make These At Home With These Simple & Minimum Ingredients & Enjoy😊

Ingredients
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Water
1/2 tsp Butter(i have used amul butter)
1/4 cup Almonds
1/4 cup Milk Chocolate(or you can even use Dairy Milk)

Method
1- take a pan add sugar and water and let it cook for about 2 minutes on low flame
2- then add almonds and start mixing continuously for 10 minutes till almonds coat with a good layer of caramel
3- transfer the almonds to butter paper and let these cool down completely till they become so crispy
4- now transfer almonds in bowl and add 1/4 tsp melted milk chocolate and start mixing till almonds coat with the chocolate very well
5- keep repeating this step for 8-10 times(make sure when you add 2nd layer of chocolate, the almonds are coated well with the first layer)

And tada you Homemade Cadbury Nutties are Ready😊
