In this video, we’re going to talk about 7 natural remedies for gout.
Gout is a sudden sharp pain in your big toe—or other joints—caused by crystals formed out of excess uric acid. Your white blood cells target these crystals as if they were pathogens. Your own immune system creates inflammation to try to eliminate the crystal, which causes pain.
Uric acid is formed from purines, which are found in organ meats, game, fish, seafood, sugar, and yeast. If you are sensitive to these foods, you may want to start reducing them and see if your gout goes away.

Today I want to cover the best herbs for parasites. A parasite is a microorganism like a worm or bacteria that basically lives off of your body but doesn’t give you anything back. Even though your friendly bacteria live off of your body, they are not parasites because they can actually do things for you, such as:
• Give you immune protection
• Help make certain vitamins
• Help make antioxidants
• Eat fiber and convert it to things like butyrate
• Help with your blood sugars
A few symptoms that can occur if someone has parasites:
• Fatigue
• Weight loss
• Itchy private parts
• Bloating
• Nausea
• Diarrhea
The best remedies for parasites:
1. Wormwood
2. Black walnut hulls
3. Garlic
4. Clove
5. Bile salts
Before you start these herbs, you may want to take purified bile salts. You can take three throughout the day on an empty stomach. Then the next day, you could try taking the herbs. When you take the herbs, you may want to start slow and gradually work your way up to the recommended dose on the package.
When you do a parasite cleanse, you may want to do it for at least one month. You could even do it for six weeks before you stop taking it and see how you do. It’s not a bad idea to do this every six months or so.

do you feel bloated? here is a quick natural home remedy to reduce bloated stomach pain, gas with a simple herbal tea ready in 10 mins, healthy and easy to make at home.
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp organic jeera (cumin seeds), 1/2 tsp organic coriander seeds, 1 tsp saunf (fennel seeds), 3 black peppercorns, a small piece ginger, 3 cups of water.
Lightly crush the seeds and ginger, add to water and bring to a boil, simmer for 6 mins, turn off flame, cover for 2 mins. Strain and serve. Have the tea early morning till mid afternoon for best results.

➡️ Stay Hydrated
Staying hydrated makes it easier for the kidneys to perform their duties by removing toxins and waste in the form of urine. Your urine is the best indicator of dehydration. To check, you can simply observe 1) the amount and 2) the color of urine that is produced. The average person typically expels around six cups of urine each day. So If you’re not urinating enough, this most likely means that you aren't drinking enough water and you probably need to increase your healthy fluid intake.
➡️ Limit Your Sodium Intake
If you eat a sodium-rich diet, you are most definitely not alone. On average, Americans consume around 3,400 mg of sodium per day, which exceeds the recommended intake by more than 1,000 mg. Consuming too much sodium is not good at all for your kidneys, because — first, a high sodium diet increases the amount of calcium in your urine which increases your risk of forming kidney stones.
➡️ Eat Foods That the Support Kidneys
We've already established that eating processed foods that are high in sodium is not good for your kidneys. Instead, you can opt for fresh foods that are loaded with nutrients and antioxidants in order to give your kidneys a nice little boost. You’ve most likely heard the saying that an apple a day can keep the doctor away, right? Well, this includes the kidney doctor (nephrologist) as well.
➡️ Try Herbal Teas
Herbal teas have been used medicinally for thousands of years for everything from weight loss to a full body detox. Herbal teas are often loaded with antioxidants which provide anti-inflammatory effects among other cleansing benefits. Studies found that they can even reduce the risk of developing kidney stones as well.

Just as the lungs need oxygen, your kidneys require proper vitamins and nutrients as well in order to keep them functioning properly.
