Recipe is below:

TRADITIONAL GIN HERBAL DRINK

1 liter liquor (gin or other liquor)
2 pieces astragalus
2 tablespoons southern almonds
2 tablespoons dried longan
8 red dates
2 pieces codonopsis root (ginseng)
2 tablespoons goji berries
1 piece eucommia bark
3 pieces huai san

Put all the Chinese herbs into a bottle of liquor. I prefer gin, but you can use other types of liquor, such as rum, scotch or even cognac. If you like, you can use a large jar instead of the original liquor bottle to soak the Chinese herbs. The bottle or jar should be sealed tight. Store for for at least 3 months before drink. Preferably store for 1 year before drinking. Consume in moderation. Check with a Chinese medicine specialist if you have any questions about the benefits or risks of drinking this drink.
