Sky's Gurpreet Narwan speaks to one of South Africa's richest women who is reluctantly relocating back home from London after changes to the non-dom tax law - announced by Chancellor Rachel Reeves at the budget last autumn - came into force this April.

A venture capitalist who has invested £500m in UK science and tech start-ups, Magda Wierzycka is threatening to take her future investments elsewhere, highlighting the footloose nature of some of London's wealthiest people and a challenge to the Treasury in raising tax.
