Blueberry Muffins:
3 c all purpose flour
3 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
⅔ c melted butter (or ⅓ melted butter and ⅓ oil)
1 c sugar
2 eggs
⅓ c sour cream or yogurt
1 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
chocolate chips or fresh or frozen blueberries, measure with your heart
Bake 425º for 5 minutes, then lower to 350º for 25 minutes

Sourdough Baguettes:
3 1/2 cups flour
1/2 c sourdough starter
1 1/3 cups water
2 teaspoons salt
Bake 425º for 20 minutes
