WHAT IS ACID REFLUX:
Heartburn is a burning feeling in the chest caused by stomach acid travelling up towards the throat know as acid reflux. If it keeps happening, it’s called gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD in the UK) or (GERD in the USA).

• Eat smaller, more frequent meals
• Raise one end of your bed 10 to 20cm by putting something under your bed or mattress – make it so your chest and head are above the level of your waist, so stomach acid doesn't travel up towards your throat

KEGEL EXERCISES FOR OVERACTIVE BLADDER
If you’re a beginner, a good way to introduce yourself to kegel exercises is while urinating. Try to stop your urine stream by clenching your pelvic muscles, then releasing and clenching again. Once you are familiar with this sensation, try exercising those same muscles when you are not urinating. Kegels can be done when you’re sitting down, driving in the car, at your desk at work.. almost anywhere, in fact!
Nicole recommends that you start slow, as you would with any new exercise. Work your way up to three sets of 10 repetitions each, three times per day. As you improve, you will be able to incorporate more advanced exercises, such as holding for longer periods or releasing more slowly. The longer you perform these exercises, the tighter your pelvic muscles will get. This in turn will help you control an overactive bladder.

Epsom salt, otherwise known as magnesium sulfate, has been used for centuries to treat muscle pain, arthritis, and fibromyalgia. With magnesium at its core, Epsom salt naturally relaxes muscles. Coughs and colds are both caused by viral infections that affect the upper respiratory tract. The common cold is the most common cause of both coughs and colds.
When a virus enters the body, it invades the cells lining the nose, throat, and sinuses, triggering an immune response. The immune response leads to inflammation, which causes the symptoms of coughs and colds.
Colds typically start with a sore throat, followed by nasal congestion, runny nose, and coughing. These symptoms are usually mild and go away on their own within a week or two. However, in some cases, the virus can lead to more severe symptoms, such as a high fever, body aches, and fatigue.

I’ve come on this channel and debunked “natural remedies” and “at home treatments” for various health problems more times than I can even remember. Considering how critical I’ve been of these naturopathic treatments, you might be surprised to learn that while most of them a myths, there are a handful of natural treatments that you can actually use to treat some mild health conditions. Honey for a cough, melatonin for sleep, saline nasal sprays to clear your sinuses while you have a cold, sugar for hiccups, oatmeal to treat eczema, aloe vera for sunburns, prunes for constipation, calamine for itches and burns, probiotics, and even duct tape to fight warts.
