Dry eye syndrome can be very complex and using dry eye treatment at home can help prevent symptoms from flaring up. I personally try not to use medications or eye drops which makes me more aggressive with my natural home therapy. ⚡My Dry Eye Home Treatment Routine ⚡
1. I drink water in the early morning to rehydrate
2. Warm compress (10 minutes)
3. Eyelid hygiene and eyelid massage
4. Dry Eye supplement with food
5. Warm compress at night (20 minutes)
* The key to success to do this every day
