The New You & The Holy Spirit: Week 1, Day 1 - The Gospel Truth

The New You & The Holy Spirit: Week 1, Day 1 - The Gospel Truth 121gamers 17 Mga view • 2 taon kanina

The New You - It's important to understand what happened when you received Jesus as your Savior. That knowledge and understanding will keep the Word that was sown in your heart from being stolen by Satan. There is more to salvation than you have ever imagined. The forgiveness of sin was not the only thing included in your salvation. From God's perspective, it is just the beginning, a means to an end. Fellowship is the real goal. Now, become a disciple (learner and follower) of Jesus. Learn what separates Christianity from every other religion; how God sees past, present, and future sins; and much more.

The Holy Spirit - Living the abundant life that Jesus provided is impossible without the Holy Spirit. Before Jesus' disciples received Him, they were weak and fearful. After receiving, each one became a powerhouse of God’s miraculous power, and that's available to you. If you believe the Bible is true, then you must also believe the baptism in the Holy Spirit is God's will for everyone. In this book, Andrew establishes the validity of speaking in tongues, talks about the many gifts that accompany it, shares other little-known benefits, and explains how to begin speaking in tongues.

Many even believe you just can't know God's will—that in His sovereignty, He will make it happen regardless of what you do. Too long this viewpoint has kept Christians from knowing the full potential He planned for them. But no more. God created you with a specific purpose, and the good news is, He wants you to find it. This insightful teaching will guide you on your path to find, follow and fulfill God's will in your life.

00:31 Welcome to our Monday's broadcast of The Gospel Truth.
03:02 Now, if you make Jesus your lord, if you truly receive salvation and experience being saved from your sins, you just have a big target drawn on you.
07:05 I mean, these guys just, you know, made mistake after mistake after mistake, but once the baptism of the holy spirit came, acts, chapter 2, they were instantly transformed.
13:41 This is just another way of saying that Jesus knew our fallen nature, our carnal self, and if we aren't empowered by the holy spirit, there is nobody that is adequate
To represent Him.
17:52 We ought to be telling them the same thing that Jesus told the disciples, that you need the baptism of the holy spirit. You need power from on high to be able to live.

𝐀𝐬𝐡𝐥𝐞𝐲 & 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐳- In 2004 Carlie attended a small Bible Study where she discovered that God not only desired but also provided for her to live in physical health. After gaining this revelation, Carlie received her supernatural physical healing from life-threatening Epilepsy. Overnight, Carlie was free from over a dozen prescription medications and a restricted lifestyle. In 2008, Ashley and Carlie graduated from Charis Bible College in the United Kingdom. Shortly after, they followed God’s call to move to the United States with all three of their children. They began to greatly increase in their revelation and experience of God’s provision for healing and financial provision. This is when Ashley’s special gift and anointing in finances came to light. This growth propelled them to serve in a variety of ministry positions until they were ordained by Andrew Wommack in 2011. Shortly after, Terradez Ministries was launched—with a mandate to empower believers in the promises of God.
