http://www.mormonchannel.org/video/mormon-messages - Elder Jeffrey R. Holland shares the story of the older brother of the prodigal son. In this parable, we are reminded that ""no one of us is less treasured or cherished of God than another. He loves each of us—insecurities, anxieties, self-image, and all.""

Maylene has endured many storms in her life, but it was in the wake of the 2013 Moore, Oklahoma, tornado that she found the strength to truly rebuild her faith.

The day of the tornado, Maylene was ready to give up on a life that had completely overwhelmed her. Her second husband had left her to raise their children alone and she was working three jobs to keep the family afloat. She felt helpless. But after surviving the tornado that day, Maylene knew that she and her family could make it through anything with God’s help.

“My whole life, I’d felt abandoned. Like there were pieces missing. After the storm, God answered my prayers. He picked up the pieces and filled that void. I don’t ever have to feel like I’m going to be alone or abandoned again because He’s going to be there for me every step of the way.”

Did you know that this touching story of selflessness and love is true?

When Heber J. Grant was young, his parents were too poor to replace his old, thin jacket. Instead, his mother surprised him with a winter coat she had made by hand. Heber loved it.

One day, as he was playing in the snowy street, he noticed a small boy crouched in front of an exhaust grate, trying to get warm. Heber gave his new coat to the boy, who needed it more than he did.

This Christmas and always, take time to notice the people around you. What can you do to help them? Your service will warm your heart and theirs.

“Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me” (Matt. 25:40).

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints

At Christmastime, it is easy to get caught up in thoughts about new gifts, fancy decorations, and expensive parties. With your focus on Jesus Christ, the stress of the holiday season will melt away, leaving only the true joy of Christmas to lift and warm your heart.

“To catch the real meaning of the spirit of Christmas, we need only drop the last syllable and it becomes the Spirit of Christ,” Thomas S. Monson has taught.

That lesson is brought to life in this story of a young girl who reminds her preoccupied family what matters most this time of year and always.

What will you do to stay focused on Jesus Christ this Christmas?

This is that real deal, traditional tonkotsu ramen. A lot of people wonder how to get a proper rich and creamy tonkotsu broth like so many ramen shops do. This guide/recipe will show you how to do just that. Of course I also included how to make chashu, and nice jammy soft boiled eggs. I was originally going to upload those as individual videos, but then decided to just have every component made in this video. From what I've heard, a lot of ramen shops will actually boil their bones for over 14-24 hours, but this recipe still makes a beautiful broth just at 12 hours. Enjoy guys! *DISCLAIMER: No instant ramen noodles were harmed in the making of this video *
