UFO’s? Strange Lights Spotted Above Houston | NASA's Unexplained Files

In 2014, multiple witnesses reported strange, circular lights hovering above Houston, several miles outside the Johnson Space Center. Are these groups of lights actually aliens keen to know how far we have technologically advanced?
