HOW TO MAKE CRUNCHY SAMOSA AT HOME ❤️
Ingredients:
* Maida - 2 cups
* Suji - 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
* Ajwain - 1 tsp
* Salt
* Ghee - 2 tbsp
* Cold Water
* Jeera - 2 tsp
* Saunf - 2 tsp
* Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
* Black Pepper - 1 tsp
* Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
* Hing - 1/4 tsp
* Oil - 1 tbsp
* Green Chilli - 3pc
* Ginger - 1.5 inch
* Boiled Potatoes - 6-8pc
* Peas - 1/2 cup
* Amchur - 1/2 tsp
* Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp
* Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Coriander - Handful
Recipe:
1. Dough: Add maida, suji, ajwain, salt, ghee and mix well while adding cold water gradually. Form a stiff and tight dough. Let it rest for 30 mins.
2. Samosa Masala:
Add jeera, saunf, coriander powder, black pepper, chilli flakes and grind coarsely. Add hing at the end.
3. Take a kadai, add oil, samosa masala and let it cook for 30 secs. Add green chilli, ginger and saute.
4. Add boiled potatoes, peas, salt, amchur powder, kasuri methi, red chilli powder and coriander leaves. Mix well.
5. Now form the samosa shape using the dough, fill it with the potato filling, close it properly using some water and deep fry in hot oil.
6. Serve with chutney of choice and enjoy!
