Could you pass Reform’s English language test?

This is Reform promising that if they are elected, any migrant who wishes to stay in the UK (or come in the future) will need to pass an English language test at a level which most won’t be able to meet.

This is part of their wider proposal to withdraw Indefinite Leave to Remain from anyone in the UK who currently holds it, and require them to apply for a renewable work visa: there would be an English language requirement attached to this application.
