Ex-migration minister: UK doesn't have 'full control' of borders

The government should hold a COBRA meeting to respond to the "national emergency" of small boat crossings, ex-migration minister Mike Tapp tells Sky's Cathy Newman.

The Labour MP says the government does not have "full control" of the UK's borders.

It's after anti-immigration protests in Dover and Portsmouth over the weekend. A boat carrying 'approximately 120 people' was intercepted near the Isle of Wight and brought to a marina in Portsmouth, the government says.
