I would estimate that 50% or more of all Americans carry or have carried parasites. They can be picked up from many sources, but most people get them from eating pork or travelling to countries where clean water isn't widely available. Parasites can cause fatigue, digestive issues, and other health problems. I explain how I would fight off parasites in my body through good diet, supplements and cleansing.

Supplements:
1. A broad spectrum anti-microbial, anti-yeast, and anti-parasitic formula designed to regain and maintain a healthy gastrointestinal environment
2. A tincture of black walnut, wormwood, olive leaf, garlic

I recommend consuming these supplements for 2 weeks, taking 1 week off, and consuming them again for 2 more weeks.

Diet:
1. To kill off bad bacteria and fungus, which parasites live off of, eliminate all sugar and grains and limit fruit intake. Consume organic meats, vegetables, nuts, and seeds.
a. Breakfast: coconut smoothie with coconut milk, chia seeds, and protein powder
b. Lunch: large vegetable salad
c. Dinner: meat and double serving of vegetables

2. Pumpkin Seeds: #1 foods to kill off parasites
-Eat 1 c. per day
-Try my spicy roasted pumpkin seeds: https://draxe.com/recipe/spicy-pumpkin-seeds/
-Consume pumpkin seed oil

Additional Recommendations:
-Colonics: 1 per week for 3 weeks while on a 2-4 week parasite cleanse
-Follow this protocol very strictly for one month.
