Make a Collision Detection Sphere that floats above your head and check for collisions so that when you stand up from a crouching position, your head wont get stuck in the ceiling when you're crouched under something.

Make the player crouch while holding down left shift. There will be two parts to crouching, this video, and FPS1.22 where we will be fixing the glitch where your head goes through the ceiling when you stand up under something.
