In the midst of the holiday hustle and bustle, the Mormon Tabernacle Choir invites you to ask yourself the age-old question: ""What Shall We Give?"" to the babe in the manger, to Jesus Christ, the King of Kings.
What will you give to Him this Christmas season? Some of the most meaningful gifts we can give to Jesus Christ are love and service to those in need. No matter the time or place, if you take a moment to focus on others, you will see opportunities to serve all around.
Like the three “Wise Men” in this video, consider how you can treat people more like Jesus Christ would. When you do, you and those you help will be lifted closer to Him.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
When life seems to fall apart and hope seems to disappear, let your soul be still and remember that God never leaves you.
Like this mother facing a life of addiction and the loss of her children, you can find comfort in the words of the song Be Still, My Soul, no matter your situation.
Jill Chipman performs "Be Still, My Soul".
Be still, my soul: The Lord is on thy side;
With patience bear thy cross of grief or pain.
Leave to thy God to order and provide;
In ev'ry change he faithful will remain.
Be still, my soul: Thy best, thy heav'nly Friend
Thru thorny ways leads to a joyful end.

God so loved the world that He sent His Only Begotten Son to save men.
John 3:16
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Invite more spiritual power into your life by combining family history with the blessings of the temple. Elder Dale G. Renlund has promised that those who do will experience protection from temptation and receive personal power to change, repent, learn, become more holy, and help turn the hearts of family members to “heal that which needs healing.”

We asked kids to tell us about the birth of Jesus in their own words.
In this story, an angel visited Mary and told her that she would have a baby named Jesus. Mary and her husband, Joseph, traveled to Bethlehem. There was no room in the inn for them to stay so they slept in a stable, where Jesus was finally born. An angel visited shepherds in the fields to tell them about Jesus’s birth. The shepherds and wise men came to see Jesus.
Jesus’s birth changed the world because without Jesus, none of us would be able to return to live with Heavenly Father.
What does Jesus’s birth mean to you?
(Luke 2:1-20)

http://www.mormonchannel.org/video/mormon-messages - Many of us have wondered if God knows us or if He even exists. Todd was someone who made fun of people who thought God was real, and he wasn’t surprised when he didn’t get an immediate answer to a prayer. But could God be giving us small but obvious answers? And how patient do we need to be to get those answers?
You can find hope in God & Jesus Christ and know for a surety that they exist and love you.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
Katie saw her father as a hero until he was arrested for misconduct as a teacher. She felt shocked and betrayed. The pain was deep. She was emotionally exhausted and couldn’t face her responsibilities.
Standing in a room where her children’s toys littered the floor, she received a phone call from her father. She thought of the good memories while growing up. She relied on her belief in Jesus Christ and found peace and strength as she considered how He forgave imperfect people who made big mistakes.
“Forgiving him doesn’t mean that you’re OK with his actions,” she said. “It means that you’re not going to dwell on his actions.”
Seeking peace from the weight of the hurt she felt, she “worked really hard by calling him, by visiting him, by not completely severing that tie.” Katie found strength and comfort in prayer to get through the day.
Forgiveness is a process, she said, explaining that it takes work to forgive, more than just the passing of time. “[Forgiveness] came because I was looking for it. It came because I was working for it.”
