Newton's occult knowledge and the Emerald Tablets
Isaac Newton is considered the last alchemist and the first scientist in the world; aside from his fabulous discoveries and contributions to traditional science, he was also one of the best alchemists in the world, and his occult knowledge was impressive.
Isaac Newton is credited with creating modern physics, but few people talk about his occult practices, particularly his translation, comments, and obsession with the Emerald Tablets.
Isaac Newton studied the Emerald Tablets looking for the universe's biggest secrets; he was a convinced follower of the Hermetic Tradition and knew that many secrets would be revealed to those who were clever enough to decipher the message contained in the Emerald Tablets.
The last part of his life was devoted entirely to the studies of the occult; as a mature intellectual, we find him studying Hermetic texts and conducting experiments in his giant alchemy laboratory.
Unfortunately, this has yet to be documented profusely as other episodes of his life, and many scholars consider that somehow many of his secrets disappeared mysteriously.
The only thing we can know for sure is that he knew way more than we think he did, and maybe, some supernatural phenomena played a role in his discovering so many secrets of the universe.
