While the medical profession is starting to catch on to the existence of vitamin k2 DECADES after its properties were established, taurine has many of the same healing properties and many more. It is absolutely required for healing in the body and proper immune function, especially when it comes to dealing with clots, plaques, tumors, growths, scarring and heart health.
I do a 36h fast every week and a 72-96h fast once a month but if everyone just did one 72-96h fast per YEAR it would make a big difference to the world's health over time.

I get most of these supplements from bulk supplements dot com and some of them like essential oils and capsules from the vitamin shoppe, which I just pick up in person.
I put the powders into small mason jars in my medicine cabinet. This makes it quick, easy and mess free to mix them all into a dixie cup and take the powders together. I usually do this about an hour after a meal, or sometimes just before a meal. Some supplements can irritate the stomach when taken without food and some are useless without other amino acids, so it is better to take them around meal time or a while after. I take it afterwards so the supplements don't compete with a meal for absorption.
You should not generally take supplements while fasting, most of them will do nothing while fasted and could cause issues. However, you can take arginine-alphaketoglutarate and glycine while fasted and these can be helpful. The alphaketoglutarate portion in AAKG is the important part and is beneficial for your stem cell. And yes it will absorb the alphaketoglutarate and it will be useable. You don't need to have Ca AKG.

Today we’re going to talk about the dangers and benefits of baking soda.
Baking soda is sodium bicarbonate. Your body actually makes sodium bicarbonate.
Different parts of the body have different pH levels. Even different parts of your digestive tract require different pH levels.
Sodium bicarbonate helps decrease the acid in your small intestine, which increases the pH and supports important digestive enzymes. If I needed to take enzymes, I would also take baking soda to help activate the enzymes.
Baking soda may also be helpful in certain cases for people with acid reflux or heartburn. However, it shouldn’t be taken often or over a long period of time.
Chronic consumption of baking soda can lead to certain side effects, including:
• Bloating
• Gas
• Acid rebound
A better remedy for acid reflux or heartburn might be betaine hydrochloride or apple cider vinegar. This is because the typical root cause of these issues is actually a lack of stomach acid.
But, if someone has an ulcer or gastritis, betaine hydrochloride or apple cider vinegar will cause irritation. In these situations, baking soda might provide some relief.
Some interesting research is even being done on sodium bicarbonate for cancer.
Baking soda may also be beneficial for:
• Skin allergies
• Sinus problems
• Gout attacks
• Improving athletic performance
Overall, baking soda is a great potential remedy for certain problems. However, it’s also important to ask yourself why you need to take a natural remedy in the first place and work to fix the root cause of the issue.

Despite its promising attributes, concerns about its unregulated status, the absence of FDA approval, and the lack of evidence confirming its safety in humans make it a risky choice. Furthermore, BPC 157 is listed as a prohibited substance by the World Anti-Doping Agency, and the USADA emphasizes its unapproved status and the speculative nature of its benefits. Consequently, while acknowledging BPC 157's potential, its use is not recommended due to these significant uncertainties and risks. Alternative supplements with more established benefits are suggested for improving musculoskeletal health.

This natural liver cleanse is also different from the liver detoxes and liver cleanses I’ve mentioned in the past, like apple cider vinegar, lemon, or ginger—it’s even better.
To support and speed up liver detoxification, we need to trigger autophagy.
The best ways to trigger autophagy:
1. Dry fasting
2. Water fasting
3. Calorie restriction

Dry fasting is one of the most powerful ways to trigger autophagy and truly cleanse the liver cells.
With dry fasting, you don’t consume any food or water. To cleanse the liver, you may want to consider dry fasting for a full day—starting at sunrise and ending at sunset.
The effects of just one day of dry fasting are equivalent to three days of water fasting.
