Herbal Tea, an exact Remedy for your Cough and Cold this season. Try out this Herbal Tea and Enjoy your Winter season.

Herbal Tea (for cough and cold) Recipe:
3 cups Water
4 Cloves
2 Cinnamon Sticks
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
1 tbsp Ginger
1 Bay leaf
1 tbsp Orange or Lemon zest
4-5 Basil Leaves
4-5 Black pepper
Honey to taste
2 Green cardamoms
Directions:
- In a pan add water and bring it to boil.
- Add all the spices and let it simmer for 6-8 minutes on medium flame.
- Strain the tea and add honey.
- Drink ¼ cup at a time and twice a day.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 8 minutes
Serving: 3-4

آپ ایک چوتھائی کپ دن میں دو بار پی سکتے ہیں۔

Hibiscus Tea also known as Karkade Tea or Jamaica Tea is a refreshing and super healthy beverage made using Hibiscus Flowers. It is considered a super food and when drank in moderate amount has amazing benefits to the body. Here is how to make Hibiscus Tea Recipe at home.

Ingredients
8 Hibiscus Flowers
3 cups Water
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
Honey As per taste
Instructions
Remove the calyx or the green part from which the flower is attached to the plant.
Also remove the stamen, the part from which the seeds are attached.
Wash the petals well and add them in a pot.
Boil the water and once it comes to a boil, pour it over the petals.
Cover the pot and let the colour from the flowers steep into the water.
Steep for 10-12 minutes.
Strain the tea.
Add lemon juice in it and mix well.
You can add honey if you wish to.
Add ice cubes in a glass and pour the tea over.
Serve chilled.

Ingredients
½ c water + 3 tea bags* {steeped for 20-30 minutes then strained}
¾ c honey
Instructions
Whisk tea and honey together.
In a heavy bottomed pot, allow it to cook until it reaches 300 degrees or the hard crack stage. This can take 30 minute or longer but just be careful and patient.
Pour into desired molds and allow to set.
Wrap individually in wax.
Notes
*if individually sourcing herbs, the following are some of my favorite: elderberry, hyssop, horehound, slippery elm and coltsfoot. Use about 2-4 tb each and steep in the same way.

Hydrosols are plant water distillations that contain plant constituents and therefore the health benefits of the plant. They also contain traces of the essential oil of the plant. They are often a good alternative to essential oils as they are more gentle to our systems.
