Ahead of a Commons statement on Henry Nowak later, Nigel Farage has used an emergency statement to raise concerns about Britain's "two-tier culture" following the murder of student.

Reform UK's leader said there needed to be an end to “anti-white prejudice” and a recognition that “white lives matter”. He took aim at police and at the nation's leaders for their response to the incident, warning the response needed to be "pure, cold rage".

Buckingham Palace was handed emails six years ago that would have shown that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was sharing confidential government information while a trade envoy, according to court documents.

It has emerged that an archive of 30,000 emails, containing information about the former prince's controversial financial dealings, was given to the Lord Chamberlain, the most senior officer in the Royal Household, in 2020.

The emails had been taken from a personal business contact of the former Prince Andrew.
When asked about what happened to the emails, Buckingham Palace said: "Since there is an ongoing police enquiry concerning Mr Mountbatten-Windsor, it is not possible to provide any comment on these matters."

Mountbatten-Windsor has rejected any wrongdoing in his associations with Jeffrey Epstein and denied any personal gain from his role as trade envoy.

The family of a student murdered by a weapons-obsessed man have said the way their son was treated by police as he died was "inhumane and degrading".

Henry Nowak, 18, was stabbed to death in Southampton by Vickrum Digwa who used a blade he carried as part of his Sikh faith.

When officers arrived Digwa lied and told them Henry racially abused him leading police to handcuff the teenager as he was fatally injured.

Today as Digwa was jailed for life for murder, with a minimum of 21 years, Henry's family said he'd lost conciousness before anyone believed him.

A judge told Digwa his callous crime had shamed his family and his faith, and had stirred up racial tension.

British interior minister Shabana Mahmood addresses parliament as UK police come under pressure after 18-year-old Henry Nowak was ‌handcuffed as he lay dying from stab wounds after his killer falsely alleged a racist attack. Nowak died after the knife attack in December last year. In one message, the disgraced peer said Keir Starmer presided over a "beleaguered and bereft government" that no one in Number 10 seemed to know what he wanted.

On himself though, Lord Mandelson was more flattering, writing in a handwritten note to the then foreign secretary about the ambassador post "if you're minded to appoint me, you will never regret it."

The political fallout from the murder of Henry Nowak continues to intensify as Labour MP Tan Dhesi accused Reform UK and far-right activists of using the tragedy to deepen racial and communal divisions in Britain.

Speaking in Parliament, Dhesi expressed sympathy for Henry Nowak's family and criticized the police response that saw the teenager handcuffed after suffering fatal stab wounds. A video shared by a gynecologist in Uttar Pradesh has sparked widespread concern online after revealing the case of a 22-year-old woman who is pregnant with her sixth child. According to the doctor, the woman and her husband were married when they were 15 and already have five children - four daughters and one son. Despite this, the couple, who are from Rajasthan, reportedly decided to continue having children in hopes of having another boy. The case was shared by Dr. Pragya Tomar of Spandan Hospital, who said the video was posted with the consent of the patient and her husband.

During the interaction, the woman reportedly told the doctor, "I keep having girls… we have one boy, we need another boy." Her husband added that one son was "not enough" to support the family and continue the family lineage, remarks that quickly triggered debate online over deep-rooted son preference and gender bias.
