Make your own ultrasonic humidifier for a fraction of the cost you pay for the commercial product! I made this one from PVC, a small fan, a pond mist unit & some other spare parts. Effective & efficient DIY way to make a humidifier from repurposed parts. I started with a basic design and then dialed it in. After testing and collecting data* on my usage over a 3 month period I analyzed the results and was amazed at how well this little powerhouse of a humidifier worked!

I get ask lots of times what do I use my ultrasonic cleaner for really easy thing to say is just for cleaning things but they do work and they work fantastic all depends what you are cleaning to what cleaning fluid you need but as you can see from this video it will rip off the carbon build-up from the EGR valve and EGR cooler these will do a multiple of things I've cleaned injectors turbos basically anything you can fit into it it will clean
Ultrasonic cleaning is a process that uses ultrasound (usually from 20–400 kHz) and an appropriate cleaning solvent (sometimes ordinary tap water) to clean items. The ultrasound can be used with just water, but use of a solvent appropriate for the item to be cleaned and the type of soiling present enhances the effect. Cleaning normally lasts between three and six minutes, but can also exceed 20 minutes, depending on the object to be cleaned.[1]
Ultrasonic cleaners are used to clean many different types of objects, including jewelry, lenses and other optical parts, watches, dental and surgical instruments, tools, coins, fountain pens, golf clubs, fishing reels, window blinds, firearms, car fuel injectors, musical instruments, gramophone records, industrial parts and electronic equipment. They are used in many jewelry workshops, watchmakers' establishments, and electronic repair workshops
Ultrasonic cleaning uses cavitation bubbles induced by high frequency pressure (sound) waves to agitate a liquid. The agitation produces high forces on contaminants adhering to substrates like metals, plastics, glass, rubber, and ceramics. This action also penetrates blind holes, cracks, and recesses. The intention is to thoroughly remove all traces of contamination tightly adhering or embedded onto solid surfaces. Water or solvents can be used, depending on the type of contamination and the workpiece. Contaminants can include dust, dirt, oil, pigments, rust, grease, algae, fungus, bacteria, lime scale, polishing compounds, flux agents, fingerprints, soot wax and mold release agents, biological soil like blood, and so on. Ultrasonic cleaning can be used for a wide range of workpiece shapes, sizes and materials, and may not require the part to be disassembled prior to cleaning.[5]
Objects must not be allowed to rest on the bottom of the device during the cleaning process, because that will prevent cavitation from taking place on the part of the object not in contact with solvent

Hello friends, in this video i have made a Radar using an arduino and an HC SR-04 Ultrasonic Sensor module.
i have placed the sensor on a servo motor and it rotates at an angle of 165 degrees. the sensor collects data and displays on the monitor. i have used processing 3 software to display the data in an interactive radar display. you can also make this project on your own. you will find all the necessary files, code links, schematic, product links below

In this video I show how to make a sound lens with a balloon filled with CO2 due to sound refraction. Then I talk about the possibility of creating sound lasers with ultrasonic hypersonic sound that uses modulated ultrasound through air. The air demodulates the ultrasonic signal to produce audible sound only in the area where the ultrasound is projected.

Before you plop down money and buy the cheapest ultrasonic cleaner, there are some important factors to consider. Going with a cheap ultrasonic cleaner may save you some money in the short term, but it will cost you more money in the long run in terms of electricity, detergent, replacement parts, and accessories, not to mention wasted time and energy.
Frank Pedeflous, President of Omegasonics, shares how purchasing one of many cheaply built ultrasonic cleaners can negatively affect your bottom line. Quality and features vary greatly between manufacturers. Educate yourself before buying an ultrasonic cleaner so you don't get burned, figuratively or literally!
Need some help determining which ultrasonic cleaner would be the right fit for your company or task? Contact our team of ultrasonic cleaning experts today at (888) 989-6278. They can help guide you through the process.

Hello,
Airbrush is a very versatile tool used for many different purposes. The video I released before has attracted interest from many airbrush users from different fields. Therefore, I should really underline that this new video was specifically prepared for plastic modelers who generally spray acyrlics with airbrushes. The methods used may fail other users and should be applied with discretion.
**PBW is not dangerous at first contact, but it will dissolve the fat in your tissues, so you must avoid direct contact and prologed exposure as much as possible. Use gloves and goggles for maximum protection. People with skin diseases like eczema should be extra careful handling PBW. I touched the PBW directly a few times during the video and wiped my hand with a wet towel immediately after each contact to avoid skin irritation.
