Creating layouts that look and behave the way we want them to largely comes down to choosing the right sizing mode for each element.

As you know, we have several to choose from — and each has a unique purpose, depending on how static or flexible we want things to be.

Earlier in this chapter, we unpacked “Fill” and “Fit Content” sizing — but there’s also a time and place to use “Fixed”, “Relative”, and “Viewport” sizing.

Whether we want our elements to remain at a specific size, scale with our layout, or even respond to a viewer’s screen size, we’ve got options to get the job done.

Dr. John Lieurance is an expert in natural routes to health who believes in allowing nature to perform most of its work to balance the body. He has extensive knowledge about hormone replacement and how it affects the body's negative feedback loop. He believes that the production of Melatonin is different from other hormones and its use as a supplement will not disrupt the natural rhythm of the body. He also emphasizes the importance of Mitochondria and how it plays a vital role in producing energy for the body through a process called the electron transport chain. Herbalist shows you how to make your own blood purifier using beets and wine.

Blood Purifier - Instructions
- add beets (2 peeled or one big one and pre chop for the blender)
- add 1.5 cups of red wine then blend for about 10 minutes
- when done stop blender and pour through a cloth filter (use anything i.e. handkerchief, pillow case, thin sheet, etc.) ring well and add to a glass container

Use 1 oz. as needed. Or, if trying to purify blood use this in conjunction with teas or juices that will assist in this. Use extra Vitamin C when using this remedy due to the oxalates that some of you may be more sensitive to and give gout or a painful joint feeling.

Authorities in the UK covered up the infected-blood scandal, knowingly exposing victims to unacceptable risks, a report has said.

The five-year investigation accused doctors, the government, and the NHS of letting patients catch HIV and hepatitis.

More than 30,000 people were infected, from 1970 to 1991, by contaminated blood products and transfusions, and about 3,000 have died.

Sir Brian Langstaff, who chaired the inquiry, said the scale of the scandal was "horrifying" and the authorities had been too slow to respond to the risks.
