Political commentator Suzanne Evans claims the UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer has “not learned anything” from the battering Labour took at the local elections.

“They (Labour) are not learning any lessons; they’re just attacking the people, the ordinary British people who recognised that there’s something going very, very wrong with our country,” she told Sky News Australia.

“People are sick of it, and they're fed up with it, and yet here we have our prime minister and pretty much every politician who’s tipped to succeed him calling the people who are complaining about this ... not quite deplorables but that’s basically what they mean.”

I created *CollapCast* as a tribute to the immersive, eerie worldbuilding I’ve admired in other channels like *Apocast* or *Creepy Bert* and *Jack's Nightmares* plus more. Their work inspired me to craft realistic survival stories layered with *ambient horror* and *found footage vibes* with unsettling realism.

I’m also a long-time fan of the novel *World War Z* — especially how it tells the story through a collection of individual voices, each with its own style, perspective, and emotional weight. That structure deeply influenced my approach, and it’s exactly what I aim to capture here on this channel.

If you've ever fallen asleep to a *static-drenched broadcast* and imagined yourself navigating a *zombie apocalypse* alone — or wondered what it would be like to survive the *collapse of civilization* and thrive — you're in the right place.
