Lyrics:

All I need is one
One old man is enough
Babe, you got it wrong
Please turn your fears into trust, to trust

Where’d the love go
When all is said and done

Hey now I got your hands in the air
I’mma go through your stuff

Where’d the love go
You put the running into run

You asking me to stay
But I never met a girl I could trust

You’re sayin’ those words
Like you hate me now
Our house is burning
When you’re raised in hell

Here in the ashes your soul cries out
But don’t be afraid of these thunderclouds

These thunderclouds oh no
These thunderclouds oh no no

All I need is love
All I need is a word
All I need is us
You turned nouns into verbs, to verbs

Where’d the love go
When all is said and…

Hey now put your hands in the air
I’mma go through your stuff

Where’d the love go
You put the running into run
You’re asking me to stay
But I never met a man I could trust

You’re sayin’ those words
Like you hate me now
Our house is burning
When you’re raising hell

Here in the ashes your soul cries out
But don’t be afraid of these thunderclouds

These thunderclouds,
Oh noo, these thunderclouds
Ohhh, these thunderclouds

Ohh no, these thunderclouds,
Ohh no, these thunderclouds

These thunderclouds

You’re sayin’ those words
Like you hate me now
Our house is burning
When you’re raising hell

Here in the ashes your soul cries out
But don’t be afraid of these thunderclouds

These thunderclouds,
Oh noo, these thunderclouds
Ohhh, these thunderclouds

Ohh no, these thunderclouds,
Ohh no no, these thunderclouds

5 of the Scariest and Strangest Unexplained Mysteries

Every single day, things happen all around the world that defy conventional explanations. And most of the time, unless it happens to yourself or someone you know directly, then chances are you’ll never even know it happened. From very strange missing person cases to someone dying and leterally being brought back to life, these are 5 of the scariest and strangest unexplained mysteries.

5. Barbara and Patricia Grimes

December 28, 1956 – Like any true blue Elvis fans, sisters Barbara who was 15 years old and Patricia, just 13 found themselves lining up for his movie, Love Me Tender, for the 15th time. The sisters left home at 7:30 PM and headed to the Brighton Theater in Chicago. Carrying only $2.70 between them, the girls planned to return home after watching the double feature. Their mother, Loretta expected them to be home no later than 11:45. But it was past midnight and the girls weren’t home. Loretta sent two of the older children to wait by the bus stop for their sisters but after three buses had passed, they went back home at 2 AM letting their mother know there were no signs of their sisters. Loretta then called police and reported the girls missing.

4. Don Henry and Kevin Ives

On August 23, 1987, the bodies of 16 year old Don Henry, and 17 year old Kevin Ives, were found sprawled out on the train tracks just south of Little Rock Arkansas. Although the engineer saw them, he was unable to stop the momentum of the train and prevent it from running over the bodies. With the train's loud sound, it would be impossible for the boys not to hear it or react, but the bodies remained unmoving – as if they were already dead.

3. Jean Hilliard

It was December 20, 1980 when 19-year old, Jean Hilliard's car skidded off an icy and isolated road in Minnasota. She was headed home and after the minor accident, her car engine stalled. Afraid she would freeze to death waiting inside the vehicle, she decided to walk over to a friend's house, that was two miles away. She walked against the wind and in heavy snow hoping to reach the house. Exhausted and suffering from hypothermia, she collapsed about 15 feet away from her friend's driveway at approximately 1AM. Jean couldn't move any longer and so she layed there motionless for nearly 6 hours where temperatures dropped to negative 22 degree fahrenheit.

2. Beaumont Children Disappearance

It was a hot Australia Day on January 26, 1966 and the three Beaumont children, 9 year old Jane, 7 year old Arnna and Grant who was 4 asked their parents if they could head to Glenelg Beach - just a five minute bus ride away from their home. The children had visited the beach the day before so this wasn't anything out of the ordinary. Their parents, Jim and Nancy, thought Jane was responsible enough to take care of her siblings and agreed to let them go. Nancy gave her daughter coins for the bus and some food. The children were instructed to catch the afternoon bus and be home by 2 PM, However the following morning, the children were officially declared missing.

1. Angela Hammond

In Missouri, On April 4, 1991, Angela had just dropped off her fiancé, Rob, at his house. She promised she would call him within a few hours so they could plan to meet up later on. At around 10pm Angela did as promised and called Rob from a payphone in the middle of town, right near a grocery outlet. While on the phone talking to Rob, Angela mentioned an unusual vehicle circling the lot. She described it as an old green Ford pickup truck. The truck soon pulled over next to the payphone and a man she described as a "filthy" and "bearded" went and used the payphone next to hers. He then went back to his pickup and used a flashlight as if he was looking for something. Rob had Angela ask if he needed to use the phone and the man replied "no" and that he'd try again in a minute. They then went on to talk about other things before Rob heard Angela scream in terror. Rob bolted out the door to head to where Angela was – the grocery outlet was only seven blocks away.

So there were 5 of the Scariest and Strangest Unexplained Mysteries

It’s human nature to search for answers. We all want to know why and how but sometimes that’s not a possibility. These cases of disappearances, abductions and even miracles - continue to make us wonder – what really happened? However there's a good chance we may never really know.

What Does the Bible Say About Divorce and Remarriage? cashinvids 33 Views • 4 years ago

What does the Bible teach about divorce and remarriage? That’s our topic today on the BEAT.

Hey what’s up everyone my name is Allen Parr and so today we are dealing with a very sensitive subject. Statistics show that over 50% of all couples experience divorce, which means not only are they affected by it but their children are as well. I recognize there are a variety of views on it so my goal is to provide a balanced yet biblical view on the subject.

With that being said, the first thing I want to say is that…

1. Divorce is not the unforgivable sin
a. I would argue that it’s not a sin at all in some situations. We’ve taken this one sin and have shunned and shamed people and caused them to feel worse than they already do about the deep pain associated with a divorce.
b. We need to be about the business of restoring people who are broken and reminding them that if God is big enough to forgive other sins then He is big enough to forgive the sin of divorce.
2. Grounds for Divorce
a. With that being said I would argue that the Bible provides four grounds for divorce and remarriage.
b. Adultery – Mt. 19:9 – Jesus says that if a spouse commits adultery then the other spouse has the option to divorce and remarry although reconciliation is always preferred if the offending spouse is truly repentant.
c. Abandonment – 1 Cor. 7:12-15
d. Death – 1 Cor. 7:39 – Paul says that if a spouse dies then the living spouse is obviously no longer bound and is free to remarry.
e. Divorce as an Unbeliever – 2 Cor. 5:17 – When we become Christians God does not hold us accountable for anything we did before we were saved.
3. The X-Factor
a. With all of that being said I believe there is one x-factor here and that is the heart of God. I am convinced that, although there are consequences to our decisions, GOD ALWAYS RESPONDS TO A HEART OF REPENTANCE WITH GRACE.
b. We see this in the life of David. We see this with how God dealt with Israel who sinned against God repeatedly and yet God called them back to repentance.
4. Finally my advice to someone who has experienced the devastating pain of divorce is
a. Go out of your way to shield your children from the pain of the divorce as much as you can.
b. But more importantly, NEVER WASTE A FAILURE! Take the lessons that you’ve learned [see what part you played, if any, in the breakdown of the marriage] and turn around and help someone else because if you don’t you are allowing the enemy to get the victory on the front end and on the back end by causing you to hide behind your failures and being too ashamed to share your wisdom with someone else.
