Ingredients:
1 clove garlic
20g MSM Powder
1.5 cups alcohol or Rice wine or Vinegar
Method
Mix all ingredients in a blender for 5 minutes. You can sieve the mixture for longer shelf life or store it directly in a jar for short term use (usually 2 months).
Start with a teaspoon and build it up to not more than a tablespoon 3 times a day until symptoms are gone.
