Furthermore, BPC 157 is listed as a prohibited substance by the World Anti-Doping Agency, and the USADA emphasizes its unapproved status and the speculative nature of its benefits. Consequently, while acknowledging BPC 157's potential, its use is not recommended due to these significant uncertainties and risks. Alternative supplements with more established benefits are suggested for improving musculoskeletal health.
